Graduated with honors in Nuclear Energy Engineering at the Politecnico of Milan, Francesco Favero began his work in an important company of engineering sector, increasing his passion for implant design and energy environmental sustainability. Once he moved back to Italy he continued his activity at the main design studios in Milan. In 2011 he started his own professional Company and founded Favero Engineering, of which he assumed the role of Technical Director and General Coordinator.

Graduated in Nuclear Energy Engineering at the Politecnico of Milan, Gabriele Riva joined Favero Engineering in 2014. His interest in technology, sustainable materials and innovative design techniques is evident from his experience that leads his position as Associated Partner of the company. He currently holds the position of head contractor in the mechanical engineering department.

Stefano Pavesi, Industrial Technician in Electrotechnics and Automation, graduates from the I.T.I.S. Magistri Cumacini of Como. He enters the world of Electrical Plant Engineering working in an important installation company for twelve years and emerges in the figures of: specialized designer, electrical designer, prime contractor. In 2018 he became Associated Partner of Favero Engineering studio, where he brought his valuable contribution by starting up the new electrical engineering department.
